Another way to add an extra personalize element for your event is by incorporating custom coasters. These little fun finds can be used in your parties at home, at the bar in weddings, or even at your bridal/baby showers. Here are a few options of what you can find:
Personalize them with your name, event date, or theme of your event. I bet you your guests will notice.

Pretty Little Things: Just Dahhhhling
Not Wedding Planning BUT still super duper CUTE!!!. So much so that I just had to share. I stumbled upon these super cuties while watching LXtv and I fell in love. Now, let me just clarify one thing, by no means am I a cook BUT I can sooo picture myself hosting a nice intimate soiree at home wearing one of these fabulous finds. Not that I would even cook in it, I wouldn't want to mess it up. But just to sashay into the room carrying my silver platter wearing one of these fab aprons (yes Aprons) from ValCooks . Not your average plaid plastic aprons either. These pretty little things are like fine garments that just screams, "Dahhhhling".
Take a look at her collection. My favorites are, Neapolitan (pictured above) Lollipop, Dreamsicle & Black and White Paisley.

Planning: What's in your Bag-Lighters
No matter how much you plan, and prepare for your perfect wedding day, there are ALWAYS hiccups and nuances that pop up. hiccups like lipstick stains, torn hemline, weak bustle, loose corners... the nuances are endless. So in preparations for hiccups like these, Event Planners always (or should always) come armed with their "Emergency Bag".
These "Emergency Bags" hold our secret weapons for keeping those fires out. So what's in mine?
Lighters
Preferable electric ones. Almost all weddings have candles. Votives, pillars, tapers, candelabras you name you will find at least one. And how easy it is to over look how your actually going to light the thing. It is nice to think that the venue or ceremony site will have a spare but you just never know. So always pack an "extra" one.

Parties: A Beary Special Event!
Have I mentioned before how much I just adore baby showers. They are the cutest, fluffiest and sweetest events EVER. And the mere fact that there are babies involved, that's reason enough for me to want to put my creative mind at work. Next to weddings it is my favorite event to plan, so you know I was excited when I was contacted to plan a teddy bear friendly shower for a special mom and dad preparing to welcome their first child.
Mom had few requests:
- She loves teddy bears/stuffed animals
- She didn't want a gender specific shower
- She wasn't into all the " typical stuff" aka games
So armed with sugar and spice and everything nice the JunePlumm Events Posse' executed a baby shower full of teddy bears, carnations and tissue poms (my faves). Here is a peek-a-boo into a the Beary Special Baby Shower for a Beary Special Couple.
Congratulations! Murielle & Quincy. And THANK YOU for allowing JunePlumm Events to take part in such a special occasion.
